π° Co-Pays & Balances: All co-pays and outstanding balances are due at the time of session.
π³ Private Pay Rate: If you do not have insurance, self-pay sessions are:
β Initial and follow-up therapy sessions: $125 per session (up to 60 minutes)
Sessions are billed at a flat rate of $125 for up to 60 minutes. Additional time beyond 60 minutes is billed at $30 per 15-minute block, prorated as needed. I do not offer sliding scale or discounted rates in order to ensure fairness and consistency for all clients while maintaining high-quality care. If youβre looking for lower-cost options, Iβm happy to refer you to providers who offer sliding scale sessions.
π How do I verify my coverage/cost with insurance?
π© Feel free to contact me to ask if I accept your insurance. I also recommend reaching out to your insurance provider directly to confirm your mental health coverage. Be sure to check your insurance card or member portal for information about co-pays, co-insurance, and deductibles, as these can affect your out-of-pocket cost. π
β Do you accept Medicaid?
I do not accept Medicaid at this time. However, I accept a wide range of private insurance plans and can provide referrals to in-network providers who do accept Medicaid if needed.

I provide therapy for:

π Do you offer evening or weekend appointments?
I offer weekday appointments from 8AM-5PM. π At this time, I do not offer weekend sessions. My availability is limited to listed hours only. If your schedule consistently requires evenings or weekends, I may not be the best fit and would be happy to refer you to someone who can accommodate that.
π What is your cancellation policy?
β° I require at least 24 hoursβ notice for cancellations or reschedules. Cancellations made with less than 24 hoursβ notice are subject to a $75 late cancellation fee. No-showsβincluding missing your appointment without notice or logging in and choosing to cancel at the time of the sessionβwill be charged the full session fee of $125.
This policy helps me maintain a consistent schedule and ensures that appointment times remain available for those who need them. Thank you for your understanding and respect for this time.
π Do you offer in-person or telehealth sessions?
I currently offer telehealth sessions only π±π» for clients located anywhere in Florida or Illinois. Sessions are conducted via a secure HIPAA-compliant platform for your privacy and convenience.
